Logline: A epileptic man has a chip implanted, but it malfunctions causing him to relieve the same week repeatedly.
Synopsis: In order to keep the effects of his epilepsy at the lowest level possible, a young man named Phil has a chip implanted in his brain. The device works wonders, giving Phil total recall of everything and everyone, which in turn makes Phil one of the smartest people in the world. Unfortunately one day, the chip malfunctions, causing Phil to relive the previous week repeatedly to a point where he could go insane.
