Introduce Yourself : Mary Jo Mauro - Colorado & New Mexico based Actor, Model, Photographer, Writer, Videographer by Mary Jo Mauro

Greetings! I’ve been a Creative all my life, acting, editing, writing and producing, however, I’d like to take it all to the next level. I’ve won numerous ‘local’ awards for poetry, and also for writing, producing, and acting in short films and videos. My work includes interning with Production Design In ‘21 Grams’ and Background Work in ‘Elvis Has Left the Building’ and ‘Our Souls At Night.’ My first major motion picture speaking role was in 2017’s ‘Z-Rex, The Jurassic Dead,’ (Imbd credited.) My second speaking role is in a fan-based film, ‘Ghostbusters - Open for Business,’ now in post production. I’m currently editing a documentary of the New Mexico gathering of indigenous elders from around the world. One of my biggest issues is how to promote myself effectively.
