Hi everyone. I wanted to share about the pluses of youtube and share my channel. I'm just starting this month, and I was nervous of the idea of giving away footage for free. But I think we have to diversify and try angles as filmmakers. I'd say it also is a dream to one day skip bosses and job applications and just do what you want. It's also an audience and something to help with job applications if you have some audience. Even Hollywood looks strongly at actors following numbers. I also enjoy the flexibility and ability to do anything forgetting genre etc. And the instant gratification of people seeing your stuff and not waiting for a film festival.
