I haven't worked with them, but I can add that I've watched a lot of Gravitas movies. Red Arrow is the content arm of Munich-based ProSiebenSat.1. They bought Gravitas back in 2017. BayView Monterey is another merger that happened a few years ago. They have a decent number of independent films, but I don't believe I've seen any of them.
