I just signed the publishing agreement to write the third edition of The Pocket Lawyer for Filmmakers.
I will be adding a lot of material about online distribution and filmmaking, updating case law, tips and tricks on negotiation, and a plethora of producing tools.
What else would you like to see in the new edition?
Some sense of what "industry standards" are in terms of contracts, so we are better prepared to notice red flags if and when they appear. Especially in terms of shopping/option/producer/EP agreements. Looking forward Thomas!

Great idea; I like the idea of "RED FLAG" warnings specific to particular contracts. Thanks, Max!
