Hello All, I'm new to screenwriting and new to Stage 32. I just added my first logline and I've been told that I should nail down a solid logline before moving on with my screenplay. If you could please review and let me know what you think or have any advice, it would be much appreciated.
Ok, the idea of the actor ordering a hit and then changing his mind is a good one. I would probably call him 'popular' rather than 'beloved'.
My only question is why a popular actor would care if people knew he had a mistress.
Christiane Lange my thoughts is since he's well liked, people wouldn't appreciate that he was cheating on his wife. Should I up the stakes?

Michael Donovan Yea, I think so. Just me, obviously, but for example the whole Brad Pitt, Aniston, Angelina debacle, years ago already, only served to heighten the visibility of all concerned. At this point people expect infidelity from celebrities.
I think the girlfriend would have to have something more juicy to spill than just the relationship. Perhaps a Metoo, underage girls or similar angle could work. Or he has some double life or secret past, beyond just being a cad.

Great to have you here Michael Donovan! Glad we're connected. Happy to head on over and review your logline.
Thank you, Christiane Lange and Jason Mirch I appreciate the feedback.

This looks like a good concept. By hinting more what brings him to change his mind, you'd titillate more through tone.
