I have a few scripts that I would like to send to a few managers and agents in order to get representation, but I live in Bolivia which is located in South America and it is hard to find representation around here. Is there any good agents or managers that would be interested in working with people that live overseas? I know that it is preferable that they meet in person with the writer before signing anything but I would like to know if there is a possibility that all of it can be done by phone calls or video chats.

sure, now it is the best time- we are in a pandemic decade. lots of zoom meetings. my agent never asked where I live. last year, Two writer friends signed with reps via zoom calls, 3000 miles physical distance. Reps care about pages and sellable ideas. Have a valid passport to fly - in case, there are money offers, a real job where you must be physically present to close a deal.

It can all be done via phone/video chats - but it's very unlikely. During the past several months I've been on at least one zoom/skype call every week, often more.
