I write graphic novels and I would love to have them become movies one day. My graphic novels are very in depth and detail with everything that goes on in the scenes. But my question is how much money would it cost to hire a screenwriter to turn my graphic novels into scripts for movies? I feel my writings would make great movies one day, I just need the right person to help me out.

Consider appealing to what a collaborator might get excited about - a tone or style or getting to work with you - and don't focus on the money. You can partner up now for no money and just sign a contract that says how much they get upon selling the script.
I would say your graphic novel is a lot like creating storyboard from a film script for the director. What you need to get done is to reverse the process - writing screenplay from the storyboard. Nothing new in that.
