Hi everyone, I'm a screenwriter and filmmaker. I've written radio plays for the BBC, wrote a Russian gangster short call ZINKY BOYS GO UNDERGROUND that won the BAFTA for Best Short Film, wrote a graphic novel called JLA: AGE OF WONDER for DC Comics, and the graphic novel LA MUSE. I've also written a trilogy of private eye novels featuring an Indian-British private detective who sees gods called THE RAVI P.I. Trilogy (HER NIGHTLY EMBRACE, HER BEAUTIFUL MONSTER and HER FUGITIVE HEART) published by Simon & Schuster.
In the last year, I've been writing screenplay assignments where I was hired to write a YA Steampunk animated pilot, a high school space comedy, a YA fantasty screenplay involving Scottish myths in New England, a horror screenplay and now a serial killer feature script and a vampire TV pilot.
From May to July 2020, I also co-wrote and co-created the first feature film to be shot and released during Lockdown. COMISERY is the first Asian-American Science Fiction Comedy that was literally shot without a budget and almost entirely on zoom. It's about a circle of friends keeping in touch during Lockdown who discover an alien invasion is happening under their noses. How do you stop an alien invasion when you're cooped up at home? The movie can now be seen on Amazon Video (not for free, alas) and now on Tubi for free.

Hey, Adi Tantimedh! Wow, how cool that you've worked on BBC radio plays! Actually, would you be willing to start a post in the Screenwriting Lounge about what you change to make a "radio play"? https://www.stage32.com/lounge/screenwriting

Hi Karen, good idea. If people here are interested in writing audio drama podcasts, which are radio plays, I could write a few pointers.
