'the 5ive': A horror anthology like ' the ABC's of Death' & 'VHS'. A series of 20-minute shorts exploring the 1888 Whitechapel killings, each w a different director, Ripper suspect & motive. Set inside a London lodging house in where victims and suspects cross paths throughout the film. Think 'Four Rooms' meets 'From Hell' meets 'The Usual Suspects'. Any takers?

I am in. I love a box to write myself out of. Do you have a budget… blah blah blah.
Don’t worry, two people one room is all I need. 20 mins is a walk in the park.

Did a spinoff piece on the subject some 19 years ago only setting was early 20's Skopje. Spent almost four years researching history + criminology + medical examinations of the period + all aspects of the original Ripper killings...still nappin' in my "unproduced scripts" folder....reason? Budget.

I'd say some 90%...still good it remains a mystery, workload of adaptations, books, movies, plays u name it...
It's elementary, my dear Mr. Griffiths!
We randomly draw names of victims, suspects, & inspectors. For each of 5 canonical murders, writer decides motive, weapon, & circumstances. Or, suspect may be innocent & JtR remains unknown. Common thread is the flophouse setting.
