Hi Everyone.
I am a Cinematographer living out my days in the southeastern United States. That’s not to say I am old and feeble. Far from it!
I am still shooting and now producing from our forever home with my wonderful and waaaaay smarter wife.
Started getting paid gigs in the late 70s as a grip electric swing. Although I have been shooting stills and super eight since the 60s.
I have been doing this in a very long time and worked with some of the best in the industry including multiple academy award winning cinematographers and directors. I am tired of heavy lifting and overworked days, although I still make myself available to projects who do not have the budget for someone with my experience. That doesn’t mean I would not take a big feature that came my way and was a good fit.
What I have and would hate to take it with me is knowledge. All most 50 years of film work.

Quite a career, my friend. Hopeful you'll spend some time in the Cinematography Lounge. You surely have much to offer the community. Have no doubt there are many that could benefit from your knowledge and experience.
