Thanks so much for your very generous offer, Delaney Thompson! Do you have any advice for animators in particular when it comes to workflow?

Definitely! Of course, to determine best workflow practices it depends which industry you are in and who needs to be part of the process which typically depends on size of the team, budget, how big the project is, etc. We typically try to determine all of these factors then create a tailored workflow. Animators may need to get feedback across multiple different departments which is best done through a consistent process in which every different asset goes through the same process. This increases productivity and decreases any errors or things that could be missed along the way. For example, animators could have one review step that is for the art director to give feedback, then once approved, the asset could then be passed to the film producer which from there could be passed on to whoever oversees the entire process and has the final say. The cool thing is that we can have a workflow where the asset is passed through 2-3 departments and we can also have a workflow that is passed through 10-12 departments depending on needs.
