The Fallout by written and directed by Megan Parks

Has anyone seen this film? It is now streaming on HBOMax?

She did a phenomenal job directing this project; like the actors playing teens felt like teens. The hysteria and brutally realistic situations were tragically beautiful. I hope more people check this out, but TRIGGER WARNING, this film is not for the faint of heart. It will get heavy fast, so please brace yourselves.

Enjoy.

Also, this is going to be a masterclass in how to accurately depict troubled teenagers in high school. Sort of how Eighth Grade got that awkwardness of middle school right.

Thank you for the trigger warning - I audibly said, "I'M OUT!" LOL! What drew you to the show, though? Talent? Or concept?

I actually just clicked on it and saw it was Megan's directorial debut and I came in blind and my anxiety shot straight through the roof. So, I braved it and enjoyed it but then somehow deep down knew the ending would send me to Saturn. I'm still in space, I'll be back. I have wifi here. So, I am glad to have taken the chance to view this work. I wish the best for Megan Parks and her career trajectory.
