If you want to know how to actually optic to her you have to go through her company which has a deal at Netflix. I don't have a number or email for them but I would do your best to try and track it down. you might try business@shondaland.com. It's their general email and they likely won't be helpful but it's wroth trying and I'd be smart and passionate about what you say to get their attention.
How to pitch to Shonda Rimes - have something worth pitching, I'd bet a year's pay that it's not what you have right now.
I'm not trying to be contentious, but it's truth. Most writers think they have "the next big thing," when they really don't.
