Hi all, I'm in the intermediate phase of my screenwriting journey with a few independent projects under my belt. I'm non union at the moment and I wanted to ask the community what would be the best method for finding a manager (not an agent)? From my understanding, for someone in my position its more attainable to find a manager than an agent until you've gained a considerable amount of experience. I have a vast amount of work that I would like to get into the market. Any knowledge shared will be appreciated!

I would ask peer filmmakers for an intro. Since you have a vast body of work, someone in your "industry" circle must know someone who knows a rep/manager/salesppl.
