Hi Alexis, would you mind providing a few more details- are you looking for people to provide samples of their own work, or scores from famous movies? Why are you asking- for reference, or to try and scope out a composer to work with? Any particular style or instrumentation you've got in mind?
Hi, Joanna, I'm looking for creepy music people's own work that they have done. Horror type something that sounds like something is after you. Or the end coming near.
As a first example, I often suggest people listen to Thriller starting at 1 min 57 sec to 4 min 13 sec when music video of thriller actually starts and then from 10 min 50 secs to just before the end titles at 11 min 46 secs. It is classic horror music scored by the late great Elmer Bernstein. I use this as a starting off point when someone (like a filmmaker) asks me what scary/horror music sounds like.
