Hi. There are tons. If you just google a few will pop up. Two that come to mind are https://www.adobe.com/express/create/storyboard and https://www.studiobinder.com/blog/downloads/storyboard-template/. Studio binder has other templates as well. Hope this helps.

Also, rather then just templates perhaps a course on how to create storyboards (I know there a few in the Stage 32 library)...since every film is different it might work best to learn how (there are ways to create storyboards with simple resources) so you can make yours just as unique as your film :)
