Hello Fellow Creatives!
Just a quick note to introduce myself to the community...my name is Deb Hoffert. I'm a screenwriter who is passionate about Korean Dramas. I have a 12 episode KDrama in development and would welcome the opportunity to connect with those of you who work in that space.
Cheers to all of you and to your success!

Welcome to the community, Deb Hoffert. I haven't seen any Korean Dramas, but you've got me interested now. :) What's your favorite Korean Drama?

Thanks so much, Maurice!
I would definitely recommend you give them a try. While there are several really great ones (many available on Netflix), my personal favorite is My Mister.
Enjoy!

Hi Deb, nice to meet you! What draws you to Korean Dramas? How is production going for your series?

Likewise Niki!
I am drawn to Korean Dramas for the depth of story line and emotion that it invokes, development of characters, genius use of humor, slapstick, plot twists, flashback and overall warmth and charm.
It is going well, thank you!

Hi All - I'm a short story writer and I'm hoping to pitch a series. Any help is greatly appreciated. I've written scripts before - but is it better to pitch a book of short stories or scripts? Nice to see such an eclectic group of folks here! I wish you all the best!

Hi Steven - I can't comment on what's better to pitch, but networking is key, so you are in the right place. All the best to you as well!

You're welcome, Deb Hoffert. Thanks for the recommendation. I added "My Mister" to my watchlist.
Welcome to the community, Steven Palmer. I’m not sure if it’s better to pitch a book of short stories or scripts, but here’s a great webinar about pitching (www.stage32.com/webinars/Pitching-Tips-from-the-Pros-Your-Blueprint-to-a...).
I suggest adding a profile picture. It’ll help you build relationships/network on here. And Deb Hoffert is right. Networking is key.
