As I'm sure you all know (or will soon know), producing an indie film is quite an undertaking! I'm so proud to share that I am at the tail end of production of a short film that I wrote and starred in. I also wore the hat of Executive Producer! It has been quite an undertaking and a huge humbling and learning experience. We are currently in the process of finishing up coloring and sound mixing and I'm coming to you all to ask for your assistance. All the funds to make this project happen were 100% crowd-funded over the course of 18 months. Friends, family, social media connects, and even strangers donated to make this labor of love happen. At this stage, I'm in need of about $2,000 to cover the final cost of sound-mixing and coloring. I'd love to have the support of anyone in this community who'd love to help make my dream come true. SOLOMON'S MOOD Synopsis:
SOLOMON'S MOOD is the story of two lovers who've not yet met. Using passages from the ancient Biblical text of Song of Solomon, we see their patient quest for love as their paths cross. Will they each recognize the other as "the one"? Is this the beginning of their love story?
SOLOMON’S MOOD matches the poetic and artistic nature of Love Jones and Sylvie's Love, with the added purity and sensuality of Song of Solomon. This isn't naive love. It is mature. It is pure. It is hopeful. It is persistent.
