Happy to introduce myself and hope to network and connect with some awesome fellow creatives! Would love to connect with a production partner and/or distributor for my baseball docuseries currently in Post. Footage and material available upon request.
My manager and producers are currently shopping two different biopics. Always up for collaborating and meeting likeminded creatives!
Looking forward to connect with y'all!! - Sam

Welcome to the community, Sam Juergens. Here's a blog that'll help you navigate the platform (www.stage32.com/blog/navigating-stage-32-for-your-best-experience-3095).
Congratulations on securing financing and getting an A-list director on board your Hershey's Chocolate true story!!! I'm looking forward to watching it... while eating Hershey's chocolate. :D

Sam Juergens sounds like you work right in my wheelhouse. The biopic is a beautiful genre to explore, even if the subject isn't always well-known. Pleased to meet you!

Hi Sam - what are the subjects of your biopics, if you can share. I’m a huge fan. Also, you should put a picture up in your profile. It can help with networking on the platform.

Sam Sokolow - Thanks for commenting. The two biopics we're currently shopping are on Milton Hershey (creator of Hershey's Chocolate) and Jimmy Stewart. I'm incredibly honored to have gotten blessings from both Estates to help share their incredible stories and it's been so awesome working with Jimmy's kids! I'll work on getting a pic up here on the site. BTW - absolutely loved the GENIUS series and particularly enjoyed the Aretha eps. Top notch stuff Sam!

Yes, they do! I've written one biopic so far, a 10 hour miniseries based on the memoir by Louis Zamperini, written prior to Laura Hillenbrand's best seller Unbroken was released (found on the Loglines portion).
I have several more projects planned, currently in various forms of outlining, including one about D.W. Griffith, Elizabeth Cady Stanton, and bandito Tiburcio Vasquez.
