The main Lounges (Producing Lounge, Acting Lounge, Filmmaking/Directing Lounge, etc.) aren't places to connect with creatives and find crew members. They're places to discuss things about producing/acting/directing/etc., share content like filmmaking tip videos, offer tips/advice, ask for feedback, and discuss topics related to different areas of the industry.
You could search for crew members in the Browse Members Section (www.stage32.com/people).
I also moved your posts from the main Lounges to the Your Stage Lounge because you posted the same thing in multiple Lounges.
