Unable to upload Requested Documents

Hi all I have had materials requested from a pitch session but have been unable to upload the documents. Has anyone else had a similar problem with the submit button not working?

Suzanne Bronson you may be able to help as I pitched a project on the 1st December and the person I pitched to has requested documents. I have received an email from the Stage 32 team but when I click on the link in the mail and try to "submit" the requested documents nothing happens. I have tried several browsers thinking this may be the problem but the same happens whether I useSafari or MS Edge. The message on the submission page says "Your response has been received and will be reviewed within the next few months. We will keep you posted via email" but I have not submitted anything!
