Maybe It’s Time for Seeking Ideals Again?

In a world that has long lost its ideals—drifting aimlessly, isolated, and without purpose—it’s easy to forget the power of dreams, passions, and the fire that once drove people to seek something greater. Yet, even now, there remains a need to reclaim the ideals that once shaped our world—the belief in a future built on creativity, unity, and shared purpose.

Mayakovsky. Revolutionary Love is more than a story; it’s a reminder of the great times when ideals weren’t just words, but forces that inspired people to act—when love, art, and revolution collided, sparking hope and change. It follows the life of the poet Vladimir Mayakovsky—the voice and soul of the Soviet Revolution—whose verses carried the weight of new beginnings and the belief in a better future. Behind his powerful poetry, however, was a life of longing, torment, and heartbreak. His muse, Lilya Brik, is more than just a lover; she’s the force that both fuels his creativity and haunts his soul—a love triangle that threatens to tear him apart.

This script isn’t just about love; it’s about reclaiming ideals—dreams that once gave life meaning, a purpose that brought people together. It’s about remembering what great times we had—when communities came together in pursuit of something greater, when passion wasn’t just a feeling but a call to action. Today, as society turns inward, seeking comfort and isolation, it’s important to recall those moments—when great personalities lived and dreamed, when heroes rose and ideals guided the way.

Perhaps now, more than ever, we need new breath, new heroes, and new ideals to inspire us once again.

Hi, Ella Manhattan. I’m a Stage 32 Lounge Moderator. I wanted to let you know I moved your posts from the Screenwriting Lounge and the Filmmaking/Directing Lounge to the Your Stage Lounge because they're promotion. Promotion can go in the Your Stage Lounge and on Your Wall.

You can put promotion in one of the main Lounges (Screenwriting Lounge, Filmmaking/Directing Lounge, Producing Lounge, etc.) if your post starts a conversation that’s helpful or educational to the community, like giving advice or asking a question.

You can also put promotion in one of the other main Lounges if you're asking for feedback.

Also, Stage 32 doesn't want members posting the same thing in multiple Lounges on the same day because it can clog up the Lounges and other members’ posts won’t be seen.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Ella Manhattan

ok. no problem, I see. How can I promote my scipt?

Maurice Vaughan

You can promote your script in the Your Stage Lounge, on Your Wall, and in the Logline section of your profile, Ella Manhattan. You could also pitch your script to executives, managers, etc. through Stage 32's Pitch Sessions (www.stage32.com/scriptservices/pitch-sessions). The Pitch Sessions are mainly to get feedback on pitches, but members have gotten managers, signed shopping agreements, etc. through the sessions (www.stage32.com/scriptservices/success-stories).

Ella Manhattan
