As filmmakers, we all know that storytelling isn't just about entertainment - It's about creating something that moves people, challenges perspectives, and resonates deeply. That's exactly why I'm bringing Faces to life.
Set in a 1980's hospital, Faces follows a neurologist who uses music therapy to help a once-renowned pianist suffering from visual agnosia - a condition that prevents him from recognising faces, including his own wife's. Through music, identity, and human connection, this story explores resilience, memory, and the emotional power of art.
I've poured my heart into developing Faces, and after months of writing, planning, and assembling an amazing tem (including out talented DP Victor!), we are in the final stretch of funding to make this happen.

I’m a Stage 32 Lounge Moderator. I wanted to let you know I moved your post from the Financing/Crowdfunding Lounge to the Your Stage Lounge because it’s promotion. Promotion can go in the Your Stage Lounge and on Your Wall.
You can put promotion in a main Lounge (Financing/Crowdfunding Lounge, Producing Lounge, Filmmaking/Directing Lounge, etc.) if your post starts a conversation that’s helpful or educational to the community, like giving advice on financing or setting up a crowdfunding campaign.
You can also put promotion in one of the main Lounges if you're asking for feedback.

Hi Maurice! Thank you so much for reaching out and reply on my post.
The issue I'm having is that the rest of my text disappears from my original post.
It contained a crowdfunding post and a reach out to my fellow filmmakers.
I have tried to edit the post and put the original text back in place but it keeps disappearing on me.

Ok, great, Oswald Hunter. I moved your post back to Your Stage. Asking the community what films deeply moved them is a great topic, but your post needs to be about financing or crowdfunding to go in the Financing/Crowdfunding Lounge.
