Hi guys! I need your advice. Can I mention real celebrities' names, real existing restaurants in a screenplay? Or do I have to have a permission? Also can I use a piece of a dialogue from an old black and white movie, of course mentioning where this dialogue is from? (an actress plays an actress who reads a monologue )

Hello. You can do all that. The producers will change celebrity then, if they're afraid she's about to ruin her reputation.
