What to do next?

Question to everyone

I am completely new to TV/Film/Animation industry, having spent the last 25 years in the music business.. There really is not much crossover connections wise, trust me I have tried. Mainly Music supervisors at TV production studios and they cant help me.

I have full animation mockemntary IP developed, I already have a pilot episode done, full pitch deck, full character development, and a growing social media presence... issue is I am a one man show and I have no idea what I should do next. Do I look for an agent? Do I enter loads of film festivals (just started doing that through FilmFreeWay.com, I have had amazing feedback from people I have shown it to in the entertainment business, even the record labels are keen. But as usual they want to see someone else jump first (especially as the IP will be driven through TV and social media)

Any and all advice hugely appreciated abotu what my next steps are/should be.

Thanks in advance
