I'm the Executive Director of SAGindie. My job is to help producers of low budget films understand how to use SAG-AFTRA's Low Budget contracts to their greatest advantage. Mind you, I do NOT work FOR SAG-AFTRA. SAGindie is considered an affiliate. That means, S-A does not pay us to talk abut their contracts. Instead, with S-A's understanding and blessing, SAGindie is a separate, nonprofit company that is funded by a grant, to explain these contracts. We do not organize nor do we favor S-A OR producers. Our job is to understand the process of filmmaking and to help. Best of all, we are a FREE service, so feel free to ask me questions, check out our website (www.sagindie.org), or contact us directly.
