Green Arrow: Bloodline – A Legacy Reclaimed (Pitch Deck Available)

As a screenwriter and aspiring director with a deep love for grounded superhero narratives, I’ve created Green Arrow: Bloodline — a 12-issue limited comic series designed to explore legacy, identity, and the cost of truth.

When Oliver Queen disappears during a covert investigation, it’s up to Mia Dearden, Connor Hawke, Emiko Queen, and a new generation — including his children Connor and Olivia — to uncover a political conspiracy threatening legacy heroes across the globe.

Tone: Gotham Central meets Green Arrow: Quiver

Style: Realistic, emotionally driven storytelling

Themes: Found family, generational trauma, secrecy, redemption

Visual Approach: Bruno Redondo x Tamra Bonvillain palette — street-level with soul

I’ve developed a full pitch deck with character profiles, a mock cover, thematic breakdowns, and art direction. I’m seeking to connect with:

  • Artists
  • Comic reps
  • Creators affiliated with DC or Warner Bros
  • Anyone passionate about street-level legacy storytelling

If this aligns with what you love or work on, I’d love to chat. The deck is ready — DM me or comment below.

Green Arrow: Bloodline sounds exciting, Sarah Saleh! I like the "and a new generation — including his children Connor and Olivia" hook! I never got a chance to watch the live-action Green Arrow series. Did you watch it?

Sarah Saleh

Maurice Vaughan Thank you! I’m really glad you’re excited about Green Arrow: Bloodline! As for the live-action Green Arrow series — yeah, I actually did watch it… and honestly, I hated every single minute of it. It just didn’t feel like the Oliver Queen I know and love. That’s part of what motivated me to work on a version that feels more true to the character — grounded, sharp, and rooted in legacy, especially with Connor and Olivia stepping in.

Good luck and looking forward to your success.

You're welcome, Sarah Saleh. Hope you connect with someone at DC or someone who can get you in a meeting with DC! My best advice is to get IMDbPro and network with different industry pros (https://pro.imdb.com/).
