I am Trung, a 14-year-old aspiring screenwriter from Vietnam.
This is the introduction to my second film idea. I would love to hear any comments, feedback or suggestions from you all!
Introduction:
After failing the university entrance exam and fearing to disappoint his parents, Minh ran away from home. But during a drunken reunion with old friends, he woke up to find himself in Cambodia. Across the border, they forced him to make scam calls to people in the country, forcing him to meet a target of 20 victims per month. If he failed, he would be brutally beaten and mentally tortured. When he reached his limit, Minh had only one choice: risk his life to escape this living hell and flee back to Vietnam - his homeland.
I don't have a penny to submit my script to competitions

Hi Thanh. Sounds interesting especially if you're only 14. So good job on creating an idea like this. Question for you: is this just the idea or is it a script? If it's an idea go write it. Don't worry about script competitions for now. Just write your stories, and learn about storytelling. Master the craft of storytelling!
