Highways is a dreamlike, poetic exploration of highway architecture, memory, and mortality told through the lens of two punk musicians that just finished there tour. Will it be there last one? Where are they driving too? It’s a story about the spaces we pass through, the people we leave behind.
This is true independent filmmaking created outside the studio system, by artists committed to telling stories that rarely get the spotlight. In a world dominated by big budget formulas, Highways is a bold, intimate film that lives in the margins.
