Hogshead
A mentally unstable woman, recently released from a mental asylum—where she was confined for castrating men—reemerges as the masked killer known as “Hogshead,” her psyche trapped in a twisted state between childlike innocence, teenage rebellion, and middle-aged rage.
This logline reads less about a story that's a a critique of patriarchy or trauma and more an exploitation of male-fear fantasies.
She's reduced to “unstable,” “castrator,” and “psyche trapped,” without any sense of why she’s doing this, or whether the story has any perspective beyond sensationalizing.
This approach easily drifts into misogyny even if the writer doesn’t intend it.
E Langley I've kept the logline short, thanks for your comment E.

Welcome. The length of the logline doesn't really matter. It's the content.
That's true E Langley thanks I appreciate it.
