I am currently going about filling in an Arts Funding application for a Planned Musical Feature about Mental Health. Have you thought about going to a Stage 32 in-person Meetup, Richard Kelly? www.stage32.com/meetups They're great for networking. If you don't see a Meetup in your area, you could start your own.
