I have completed my first screenplay draft, A Summer Bet Worth Taking. And as a new member I have lots of questions, but first I hope to get eyes on my movie script, and hope you will take the time to review logline and synopsis.
My name is Brent Parrott. My career is an a evaluation of who I am today. I've had two successful startups, one successful IPO. I've travelled the world representing some of the most successful technology companies.
But after 9/11 that all changed. I left the corporate world and became a teacher. And after eleven years in the classroom, with the help of an amazing partner, we started a charter school which now has eight campuses in four different states.
I've self published two no-fiction books, wrote, shot, edited, produced dozens of educational videos. My wife says I missed my calling, and I always tell her my success in business provided the financial means that has allowed my to fulfil my true calling.

We all have a story to tell, and I finally decided to tell mine. My adventure with my best friend provided the background for my docufiction. It was a labor of love, and now I'm in the next chapter of my life, getting my movie produced.
