Hello everyone. I’m Oana, based in England, and I’m excited to have just joined the Stage 32 community. While I’m not a creative myself, I’ve spent the past 10 years working in finance within the UK creative industries, and I’ve recently taken the leap to go out on my own.
I joined this community to better understand the most pressing financing challenges producers are facing today. I know that film and TV finance can often feel overwhelming with so many moving parts and complexities, so I’d love to be part of the conversation. To clarify, I’m not a financier or investor, my intent is to help creatives and production teams understand, structure, and manage the financial side of projects..
