Do all professionally written screen play scripts have to have Font/Margins: Courier 12pt; left 1.5in (binding), others 1inch, alignment of Characters: 3.7in from left, uppercase, Parentheticals: 3.2in from left (indented under character), Dialogue: 2.5in from left, 3.5in width minipage for wrapping (lines left-aligned within, not centered overall—pro natural flow)?

Yes, if you want others to read, then you must follow the formating rules. If you don't want to worry about formating, write with some dedicated software. I use the Trelby freeware. It can deliver both pdf and final draft format.
