Read a Good Book Lately? : The Anxious Generation by Debra Holland

I'm listening to the audiobook of The Anxious Generation: How the Great Rewiring of Childhood is Causing anEpidemic of Mental Illness, by Jonathan Haidt, and it's one of those books that I want to tell everyone to read/listen to, especially if you have (or plan to have) children.

It's also a good place to get some modern inspiration when writing young characters.
