Stage 32 and CANACINE announce partnership

I am very proud to announce the exciting partnership that CANACINE and Stage 32 closed, to bring the Stage 32 certification program to Mexican filmmakers!

This is a great impulse for audiovisual education, especially focused on Mexico's strategic positioning as a global audiovisual production hub in the Americas, as a direct neighbor to the US, and as a bridge to and from Europe.

Part of the collaboration will be the promotion of Mexico and a filming destination. Mexico is known for stunning locations and professional crews. Also, several states have introduced very attractive cash rebates of up to 40%. Examples are Jalisco and Morelos. For sure, more states will follow.

Here are some articles about the partnership, in Spanish:

David, this is truly incredible news for the industry and a massive step forward for global collaboration! Congratulations to Stage 32 and CANACINE. The focus on Mexico's strategic position, combined with the attractive cash rebates (up to 40%!), makes it an exceptionally compelling market for feature films. As I finalize my Sci-Fi Action/Thriller feature, THE LAST CARTOGRAPHER, I’m keenly focused on finding the right international production partners. I will definitely be reaching out to learn more about this exciting opportunity!
