Hello Stage 32 folks and Christmas is less than a week away! My name is Lorenzo “Big Flem” Fleming, and I am a 35 years unpublished screenwriter, nonfiction and fiction writer, voiceover artist, narrator, military technical advisor, and content creator/host of Big Flem Radio and TV podcast channel (www.bigflemradiotv.com) from Southern California (Inland Empire) by way of southeast Georgia. I’ve been a member of Stage 32 since 2015.
I’m a 27-year Active Duty Army veteran and currently an Army Reserve Soldier and Iraq War veteran with two combat tours. Looking forward to meeting new people, networking, marketing my current written and voice projects, and collaborating on any future screen/voiceover/TV writing projects. Currently working on a couple of writing projects like a children’s book as well as redoing all of my previous written works using the latest screenwriting software tools.
By day, I’m a HR Administrator for an Army Reserve Military Police (Detention) unit. I’m a firm believer in promoting positive, uplifting, and inspiring entertainment projects for the general public regardless of race, religion, gender identification, sexual orientation, etc. Still looking for my “big break” in this industry and always open to suggestions and recommendations. If any one needs a volunteer to do a table read for their screenplay/teleplay, please hit me up as well as anyone who needs a narrator or voiceover artist. Your intro is inspiring, uplifting and so heartfelt, thank you for everything you've done for this community, and for the country actually : ) And I agree, to uplift, inspire and remain in high vibes, is the least we can do in our daily lives, as well as our screenwriting and writing ones. I love children's books, in the future I would love to begin developing an idea I have, so it's nice to meet a kindred spirit! Have a wonderful 2026 : )
