Hello All. I am new to Stage 32 and the world of media, film, and television. Right now, I have a full-time job in corporate America. Largely, I handle corporate communications, event planning/logistic, and executive administrative duties. I want to gradually switch to being a producer or coordinator of some kind. I know that this might mean that I need to volunteer or work for free for a time, but I am up for that challenge. If any of you have advice or suggestions on where to begin, I am all for it! Right now, I live in Saint Louis, Missouri in the States. I am not open to relocating at this time, so would like work that is either local or can be done entirely remotely. My BA is in Communication and my MPhil is in International Peace Studies. Not sure if any of this is helpful, but would love to start learning what you all recommend to move forward. All the best!

Hi, Grace Minton. I’m a Stage 32 Lounge Moderator. I wanted to let you know I moved your post from the Filmmaking/Directing Lounge to the Introduce Yourself Lounge since you posted the same thing in the Producing Lounge. Stage 32 doesn't want members posting the same thing in different discipline Lounges on the same day because it can clog up the Lounges and other members’ posts won’t be seen.
If you want to put a post in two discipline Lounges on the same day, change one of the posts significantly. Or you can put one post in a Lounge one day and put the same post in another Lounge on a different day.
