Introduce Yourself : Creative Consultant/Mindfulness and Self Trust Coach by Hanan Abdelaal

Creative Consultant/Mindfulness and Self Trust Coach

A lot of very capable and talented creatives are walking around holding a level of stress that doesn't really get talked about.

Feels like everywhere you look right now, what people are talking about is the…

⁕Layoffs.

⁕Consolidations.

⁕AI change.

⁕Pressure to do more with less (less resources, money, time…)

And then… everything else happening in the world on top of that.

It's a lot.

When I was working as a Development Executive, I started a Wellness Initiative to help people deal with the stress of the job.

Because I knew firsthand how much I was struggling. With the burnout from always being on. From selling yourself constantly. From feeling like if you slow down, everything will go to sh*t.

And the pressure has only intensified since then.

My friend Esther and I have been talking about this for months. About how badly people need a space that actually feels safe right now.

A space where they can talk honestly about how unsettling it is to not know what's next. And what it's like trying to hold everything together while you figure it out.

So we combined our skillsets as coaches, our lived experience, and what we both care deeply about, and created Navigating the Unknown.

It's a Workshop for entertainment & creatives professionals who are still standing, but tired. Who look okay on the outside, but are carrying a lot internally.

It's not about fixing everything or having the next step magically figured out.

But it will provide the kind of support that helps you get back to yourself, so you can think more clearly and make the next step matter.

Sharing the link here: https://www.ruyaco.org/reset - for anyone who's been feeling the weight of this moment in the industry and could use a supportive space to land.

And if you have questions, feel free to send me a message. Happy to talk.
