Several times many filmmakers are stuck in a bad system, toxic people, poor industry, no artists and lack of talent and they want to go to a bigger ecosystem. However filmmaking skills are not always enough to give you a visa or financial freedom. I was just wondering how can a filmmaker travel or shift to a bigger place like Europe, North America if he or she is talented .

That's a tough one. In the US, the O-1 visa is available for people of exceptional talent, and could be the way to go if you have proven yourself.
