One of the biggest challenges I see creators face isn’t coming up with a great idea — it’s figuring out how to turn that idea into a project that can actually be produced.
Over the years working in television, stage, and development, I’ve seen many strong concepts stall simply because the project wasn’t fully packaged.
Before approaching producers, investors, or networks, a few key elements usually make a huge difference:
• A clear series or project concept
• A strong pitch deck or series bible
• A realistic production strategy and budget
• A development roadmap for how the project moves forward
When these pieces are in place, the conversation shifts from “interesting idea” to “this could actually get made.”
Through my company, Becute Multi Media & Productions, I collaborate with creators helping move projects from concept to production.
If anyone in the community is currently developing a TV series, film, or stage project, I’d love to connect and hear what you’re working on.
Always great meeting fellow storytellers here.
