As I said in my Introduce Yourself Post this weekend, my art often imitates my life. Today something happened and it made me think, "This could be the inciting event for a movie!" I'm adding a random photo for some inspo too!
So how would you turn this into a script? I'm a wellness coach and life insurance agent in my day job.
So, I was on a call helping a new client get insurance when all of a sudden his voice started changing, he said he was sleepy, and he needed to get off of the call. I asked him to call 911 because it seemed like he was having a stroke. I ran medical clinics for over 20 years and I can tell you something serious was going on. He is also the caregiver for his disabled wife!
We're not promised tomorrow and our health status can change at any moment. I'm all about getting to the root cause of issues be that health, wealth, relationship or otherwise. It's so important that we are 100% confindent that our loved ones will be able to carry on when "life happens" because it will. BTW I just got a text from the gentleman saying he's all taken care of.

Libby Wright Genre: Drama / Thriller
Logline: During a routine call, a wellness coach realizes her client is having a medical emergency and becomes his only lifeline turning an ordinary moment into a race against time, where quick decisions could mean the difference between life and loss.
Feels like a grounded, real-time story with strong emotional stakes.
