Looking for producers who dare

Hello everyone.

I'm Alexandra from Germany, and I've written a screenplay based on my own experiences in the New Age scene.

This is a passion project for me and addresses an important topic, and I'm looking for producers who are brave enough to turn it into a film.

I already had a producer from Germany who wanted to produce it with me, but he was concerned that the subject matter was too big (because there are many people who protect spiritual techniques, witchcraft, etc.).

I'm not giving up and welcome all courageous producers for further discussions and a possible collaboration.

I also have an idea for an unscripted TV show that presents a new side of Hollywood.

>> Feel free to write to me, I'm open to conversations.

Hi Alexandra Piwowarski - I am not a Producer unfortunately, just a writer. But your project intrigued me very much as I am working (have pilot draft completed, working with someone to design a pitch deck) on a project called The Witch In The Woods. It is also a bit bold and perhaps a touch too witchy for U.S. tastes but I have and continue to enjoy working on it.

Great, I'm glad you're finishing your project.

I hope it works out for you.

Oh yes, I also find it very difficult in the market when you write something new or daring.

Not everyone can handle it.

But I like to encourage people to think and to stand out from the crowd.

I also think that humanity finally needs new material. Everything is becoming so similar in terms of quality and content.

I know that our ideas, which go beyond what everyone is used to, will be successful.

Let's see if anyone else dares to join in.

Welcome Alexandra Piwowarski — a screenplay drawn from personal experience inside the New Age scene is exactly the kind of bold, authentic material that cuts through the noise, and the fact that a producer found it "too big" is often a sign that a project has real teeth. The writers and filmmakers who pursue the stories that make people uncomfortable are usually the ones worth listening to.

The Writers' Room is a wonderful place to find producers and collaborators who are drawn to courageous, unconventional storytelling — and with both a feature screenplay and an unscripted TV concept, you have plenty to bring to those conversations.
