Hey Benjamin, welcome to Stage 32! I saw your post and thought it was awesome that you write, illustrate, and do storyboards. Theater and musical experience absolutely count as acting; they actually give you a great advantage when it comes to understanding character movement and writing dialogue. Don't ever let anyone downplay your skills just because you are young. Putting yourself out there early means you're already way ahead of the game, and everyone has to start somewhere. I’m the creator of a 20-episode K-Drama-inspired sci-fi series that is currently in development with an attached director.
