if my Screenplay is a big budget or low Budget and it becomes a blockbuster would everyone take home a good pay from the production budget? also, how much would I get from the box office bonus when it makes a milestone hit as a screenwriter Because I learned that screen writers get the production 2% and 3% of the production budget and get a bonus from the box office. how could I calculate how much I would make as a screen writer.

Let's set some expectations ... only top screenwriters earn the biggest checks. The amount you sell a script for is for whatever you sell it for. If you've never sold a script, then expect a low price. If you've never sold a script, there's no bonuses. The writer usually receives only the price of what the script was sold for, so don't expect a bonus check or clause in the contract. Indie filmmakers may, may not give you a bonus clause. I never saw this on studio films when I was at the studios. Big paydays, yes. Bonuses, no.

The movie contains a lot of VFX shooting scenes and a high caliber cast does that mean that it is a big budget or not and yes, I am a first time writer. I am known as writing it in a series in a collection of DVD. Which are the screenplays that I have written so even though this would be my first screenplay, I would have my second screenplay already ready.
