Last week, I tried to use the $10 off pitch code a second time, and it wouldn't work. This week, it wouldn't even work for one pitch. I sent an email to support each time but haven't received any replies. Is anybody else having this issue?

Their support email address doesn't seem to work except for an automated email response that the inquiry had been received. I'm still waiting on an actual live human response from a month ago.

It is a problem. Somebody needs to own it.
