My name is Kate Porter; I am an award winning, independent author with 15 titles in my catalogue. I have recently completed several feature scripts based on some of my books. My novel, Black Harvest, won the 2014 New Apple Book Award for best mystery. My book, Unnatural Descendent, Secrets Revealed, (a sequel to my debut novel Secrets in Bethlehem) placed in the quarter finals in the ScreenCraft Cinematic Book Competition. I am now in the process of writing a feature length script for this book as well.
My most recent accomplishment in the screenwriting arena is my feature length script, a science fiction thriller, titled The Weapons They Use.
