I'm Dr. Alberto Meza, a cosmetic dentist based in Costa Rica and the first Accredited Member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD) in Latin America. For over two decades I've built Meza Dental Care into one of the top destinations for American and Canadian patients seeking dental transformations abroad — the U.S. alone accounts for roughly 83% of medical tourists coming to Costa Rica, spending an average of $6,600 per trip.
I have a character-led docu-soap concept, SMILE COUNTRY: real patients travel to Costa Rica for dental transformations, following their full arc from the decision to travel through the reveal and their first days experiencing the country with a new smile — and often, a new sense of self.
What I have ready:
A one-page pitch document (premise, format, market data, talent bio)
An active pipeline of real, consenting American/Canadian patients
A fully operational clinic and production relationships in Costa Rica
An existing social media audience (22K+ on Instagram) to build promotional momentum
What I'm looking for:
A U.S.-based producing partner or co-creator with unscripted/docu-soap experience, who could help shape this into a submission-ready package (including a character reel) — ideally someone who's worked on shows in the transformation, lifestyle, or medical space. Open to discussing how a partnership could be structured.

Look for a production company who has made something of a similar nature and pitch them directly. It's a great premise/situation and such series are popular. They can then pitch it to a Network or fund it themselves.
