We’re preparing the Kickstarter campaign for THE WATCHER, a dark satirical dystopian short about mass surveillance. The teaser establishes the tone, but the campaign page also has to explain what support unlocks: production, sound, post-production and a finished film.
For filmmakers who have run campaigns: what creates trust fastest on a first visit — the production plan, the team, rewards or the proof of concept?

Quick update: the campaign is now live. We chose transparency over hype: a clear use-of-funds section, concrete rewards, honest risk notes and the full teaser. I’d value a producer’s eye on what still feels unclear: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/watchmen/the-watcher-0
